Urribarrí, García & Asociados, S.C. is a law firm based in Maracay. We combine legal judgment, business understanding, and documented processes to direct significant matters with confidentiality and control.
Each matter is structured and supervised by the Firm's Leadership. When complexity so requires, we integrate selected specialists and associates, maintaining a single point of responsibility, communication, and quality control.
We handle corporate, real estate, compliance, intellectual property, and wealth-structuring matters. Operational and administrative support is channeled through UGA Business Studio, a unit distinct from the main legal practice.

Relocation to the main headquarters at Torre Sindoni P14-4 and development of UGA Business Studio as an integral structuring unit.
